“Hi Jim and Teresa. I cooked two round steaks on Sunday for approximately 4 to 5 hours in the oven. 350 for the first hour, 250 for the other. The meat was delicious. It was tender. It fell apart when we ate [it] as a roast with potatoes, carrots and celery. The other I made into beef stroganoff, which we had for dinner last night. I just want to say thank you for delivering the meat. It was a great investment towards my groceries."
